03 Important Tour Requirements & Policies

Entry Permission for Dibba Musandam

All guests must obtain prior permission to enter Dibba Musandam.
Our team will contact you for your passport and visa details to apply.

Processing time:

UAE residents: Minimum 3 working days (72 hours).
Tourists: Minimum 24 hours.
Original passport is mandatory on the tour day.

What to Bring

Swimwear and fishing equipment (if needed).
Passport copy (required at the border).

Transfers & Timing

Pickup/drop-off times may change by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or location.
Without transfers? Arrive 30 minutes before departure.
Shared transfers cover Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road (up to Marina).

Other Policies

No luggage allowed during activities.
No refunds for unused services or no-shows (100% fee applies).
Tour timings may change due to weather or sea conditions.
Banana boat rides & fishing depend on weather.
